1. Turn parts from drawings, using a manual Lathe.
2. Machine parts from drawings, using a manual Mill.
3. Be familiar in processing/working with non-ferrous metals, plastics and glass reinforced substrates.
4. Build and develop fixtures for testing and manufacturing.
5. Familiar operating CNC turning and milling machines.
6. CAD/CAM experience is a plus.
1. Assemble RF Electronics (work must be neat and clean).
2. Assemble Antennas and small mechanical parts.
3. Read and Understand assembly drawings.
4. Contribute creatively to improve assemblies and products.
5. Communicate in English (verbal and written skills).
6. Applicant personality must be reliable, responsible and mature.
1. Build RF, analog or high speed digital breadboards.
2. Layout Printed Circuit Boards and Schematic Diagrams on CAD.
3. Write simple software in at least one computer language.
4. Develop fixtures for testing and manufacturing.
5. Design basic electronic circuits.
6. Perform RF, analog & digital measurements from VLF to EHF.
7. Individual should have a passion for RF electronics (this position is not just “a job”, it is intended to be “a career”).
8. Will work with RF Engineers with 20+ years experience.
9. Potential for long term growth is high.
1. Build RF passive & active circuits, RF cable assemblies and electro-mechanical prototypes.
2. Layout Printed Circuit Boards and draft simple mechanic drawings on CAD.
3. Write simple software in at least one computer language.
4. Develop fixtures for testing and manufacturing.
5. Design basic passive and active electronic circuits.
6. Perform Anechoic Chamber and other measurements from VLF to EHF.
7. Individual should have a passion for Antennas and RF electronics (this position is not just “a job”, it is intended to be “a career”).
8. Will work with Antenna Engineer with 20+ years experience.
